Mr. Fry is an Entrepreneur and Professional Engineer with over 25 years managing production projects and operations for aerospace and defense clients. He is also a seasoned Systems Design / Development Engineer with a focus on challenging marine, aviation and manned-spaceflight environments. He has a passion for fusing proven legacy solutions with innovative and sustainable technologies.

She is a strong believer in strategic partnering between industry and community, and promotes equity, diversity, inclusion, and corporate responsibility.

Ms. Neno is an accomplished Industrial Engineering Technologist with dual degrees in Engineering Technology and Business Commerce. She has extensive experience in Aerospace, Defense, and Food Manufacturing, and she specializes in Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Non-Destructive Testing. She excels in optimizing workflows, implementing safety protocols, and enhancing productivity.

Mr. Alberto Jurjo

Mr. Jurjo is an Entrepreneur and Aerospace Engineer with over 20 years of work experience, with a clear international career and a professional interest focused on business development, marketing and sales roles. He has worked for some of the major aircraft manufacturers, including Airbus and Bombardier, participating in Programs related to both military and civil aircraft, as well as those related to the aerial agricultural and firefighting industries.

Mr. Nigel Waterhouse

Mr. Waterhouse holds an honours degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He is also an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, a licensed private pilot and an international consultant to the aviation industry. As a Design Approval Representative, he approves the designs of aircraft modifications and repairs under the delegated authorities of Transport Canada and EASA.

Mr. Craig Smith

Mr. Smith is a Mechanical Technologist with over 30 years experience in various sectors including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive and Sub Sea, which has provided him with a vast knowledge in part fabrication, machining and moulding of complex plastic parts. Being well versed in many of the advanced design software packages, he has worked on, in and around various types of aircraft as well as being the Lead Designer for Fixed Based Aircraft Simulators.
